Donor Telephone Support

When donors are signing up to a charity, our charity ambassadors are equipped to answer any questions they may have. But, if they have any questions or concerns later on, we're still here to answer them.

Through our Toll Free Helpline new donors can speak to one of our experienced, fully trained call center staff from 9am to 9pm EST weekdays, and from 9am to 5pm on Saturdays. An answer-phone service operates outside these hours.
