Donor Telephone Support

When donors are signing up to a charity, our fundraisers are equipped to answer any questions they may have. But if they have any questions or concerns later on, we're still there to answer them.

Through our Freephone Helpline new donors can speak to one of our experienced, fully trained call centre staff from 9am to 8.30pm weekdays, and from 10am to 3.30pm on Saturdays. An answer-phone service operates outside of these hours.
